CT Cares is a proud sponsor of the upcoming Caring Hearts Annual Gathering to be held on April 28th at the Carbondale Grand Hotel Carbondale. Caring Hearts, powered by The Wright Center, is hosting an evening of strength, resiliency, and education with a goal of bringing light to prevention of cardiovascular diseases and to create a community support network for the patients and families living with cardiac conditions.

The Wright Center proudly serves the community of Northeastern Pennsylvania as an independent non-profit, providing safety-net primary care services to families regardless of an ability or inability to pay for care.
